Pilates Information
Pilates was founded by Joseph Pilates during World War I. His core philosphy was that in order for the body to be healthy, it needed the mind to be healty. In order for the mind to be healthy, it needed the body to be healthy. Thus, was born the idea of one body, one mind. There are several core principles to this system.
